Modern tiny homes keep surprising us with their designs and decor – how do designers manage to squeeze everything necessary in just a couple of square meters? Today’s apartment in Warsaw is microscopic: it’s slightly over 20 sqm but it’s a nice example of how to get everything even in a very small dwelling.
It’s hard to believe that it was possible to create all the necessary attributes of an apartment in such a space, but the designers of the Polish studio Morr did the impossible. The main space is a small living room with a sofa and a working space, which is at the window: a floating desk is a perfect solution for a small space. Cabinets for storage taken one of the walls and don’t clutter the space as they are sleek and not too big; another wall is taken by ceiling to floor wardrobes. Here you will also see a loft bedroom with a ladder, it’s a brilliant idea for tiny homes that allows to keep the sleeping space more private and still have guests. There are pretty artworks and some lovely accessories all over the apartment that make it welcoming and very personalized. Color block walls are another great solution to add visual attractiveness to the space.
A kitchenette in pastel colors and with Scandinavian floral wallpaper is a very welcoming and girlish space. I love the colorful tile floor here – it really makes the space more cheerful. These tiles are continued to the small bathroom, with a shower, a vanity and a toilet. Get inspired and feel free to steal the smart solutions from here!
