Sgabello is designed by Postfossil as a simple furniture object that has three very different ways to use. First of all it’s a quite stylish chair. Although thanks to its structure it can become a side table with a book storage space. It’s made of sheet metal and solid wood that are merged both structurally and functionally, whilst at the same time remaining completely separable. The interplay of thickness of these materials and of profile gives the frame such universal structure. The shadows created through the powder-coated metal frame, the colour of the wood (cherry or oak) and the combination of the two materials award Sgabello its own elegance.
